super lunch

for lunch i had chicken salad with almonds and currants on toasted whole wheat bread, a side salad with newman's own italian dressing, carrots, trader joe's hummus, chips from root vegetables, a sliced apple, and tejava iced tea.

tejava tea is supposedly "the world's only 100% microbrewed and ready-to-drink black tea made entirely from select, handpicked leaves from the remote island of java."

well, okay. it is really good though. especially if you like tea. especially especially if you like unsweetened tea.
